Remote Real-time Equipment Monitoring:1). Reserved RS485 communication ports (Modbus or Profibus communication protocols) or Industrial Ethernet communication ports are available to facilitate user integration of nitrogen generation equipment signals into their DCS (Distributed Control System) for real-time monitoring.
2). We can directly provide industrial PCs, monitoring software, printers, etc., for seamless integration with the nitrogen generation equipment's control system for real-time monitoring.
3). An Internet-based intelligent IoT (Internet of Things) system can also be provided for intelligent analysis and monitoring.
Automatic Purging of Off-Spec Nitrogen:1). A product nitrogen sampling port is provided for the analyzer to sample and determine if the product nitrogen purity meets specifications.
2). If purity is off-spec, the system automatically switches to the off-spec gas path to vent nitrogen.
3). Once purity returns to specification, it automatically switches back to the qualified gas path to deliver product nitrogen to the consumption end.
