Spare Parts Supply

We can supply you with molecular sieve and other auxiliary equipment, if you have extra requirement, we can also supply you with other parts and replace them in a timely manner. Usually we will supply the auxiliary parts along with the equipment, but you can also purchase separately. You can contact us for details about this.

Technical Guide
Daily use precautions: the normal supply of power, water, gas, temperature conditions required by the machine and the normal opening and closing; voltage regulator can be installed when necessary to reduce damage to the controller, solenoid valve caused the power supply problems to improve the power supply stability

Shutdown and unpressurization maintenance
The air compressor should be maintained regularly, and the air filter, oil filter and oil should be replaced regularly according to the instructions.

Check whether the cold dryer is under refrigeration every day, replace the filter element every six months, and remove oil and water in time.

Check whether the drain at the lower end of the filter is drained automatically every week.

Manually drain the drain at the lower end of the air buffer tank every day.

Keep the nitrogen generator in a clean, dry and ventilated working environment.







Nitrogen Generator Maintenance Process:

Daily Inspection

  • Whether the pressure displayed on differential pressure gauge is normal;
  • The discharge of the filter.
  • Whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is normal;
  • Whether the valve is opened or closed by the yellow sign on it

Routine Inspection

  • Cleaning filter built-in discharge valve, cartridge replacement
  • Whether the oxygen analyzer is in normal condition.
  • Whether the nitrogen piping is free of leaks.
  • Regularly discharge the accumulated water in outlet of the air buffer tank.
  • Filter should be cleaned and maintained regularly according to the requirements of the instructions for use.
  • Pilot valve and regulator should be overhauled once a year, and safety valve should be calibrated regularly.
  • All valves and equipment parts are strictly prohibited to use oil lubricant to prevent contamination of molecular sieve.

Packaging & Shipping

In order to ensure that the equipment is not subject to external damage during transportation, we will wrap each part with bubble film when packing. Especially for the main part of the nitrogen generator, we will wrap the shock-absorbing and pressure-reducing materials outside the equipment, and then pack it in non-fumigation wooden crates, which will further protect the equipment from being damaged by external forces during transportation.
Technical Support: We provide users with free video installation instruction and operation training, as well as training materials and other after-sales technical information. We can also provide on-site installation guidance but there will be a service charge.
In addition to the existing products, if you have a customized demand, we can also customize our product design and price offering according to your specific needs, and inform you of the technical parameters and theoretical performance of the equipment. In the subsequent manufacturing process of the equipment, we will keep you informed of the production progress, to keep you in line with us.
For all standard and customized models, we will carry out equipment testing and trial run before delivery to ensure the stability of the equipment as well as high quality of the performance, to avoid subsequent problems in the future and additional time costs.

Installation & Commissioning

When you receive the equipment, for the subsequent use, we will provide guidance for installation and operation through the video remotely. If there is any need, we can also arrange for professional after-sales personnel to provide on-site guidance and field installation. We will make sure that the equipment installed on site by us is well-tuned, so that they can start operation at the best performance.
In addition to our attached operating instructions, we can also provide on-site training to confirm that your staff have a good command of the usage of our equipment, in order to avoid unnecessary damage in the subsequent operation, and ensure the service life of the equipment.
If there are any problems occurred in your following usage, please contact us timely, our after-sales engineers will contact you immediately and help you to spot the error. If only simple maintenance is needed, we will provide guidance online. If the equipment need to be repaired in a complex manner, we will send our engineer onsite. We will also set up the maintenance record of your equipment to avoid the occurrence of the same problem later.
